Giant Spider Moves Into Family’s Home And Acts Like She Owns The Place
“We have seen her in all rooms of the house.”

Last year, just around Christmas, Michelle Jean Oberle and her family suddenly realized that they were sharing their home in Australia with an uninvited houseguest.
It all began when Orberle noticed a large, dark object on her living room wall.
Turns out, an enormous huntsman spider had made her way inside.
Understanding that huntsman spiders pose no real threat to people, Oberle and her family made no attempts to evict the eight-legged visitor. Meanwhile, the spider remained mostly out of sight in the living room.
“[She] was here off and on throughout the year, then disappeared,” Oberle told The Dodo.
But she didn’t stay away for long.
After a few months with no sightings of the spider, she made her presence known in Oberle’s home yet again. The intervening period had evidently been fruitful for her — she’d grown even bigger.
“She is usually at the top of the walls,” Oberle said. “Being so large, she is easy to spot.”
The spider, who’d initially seemed quite shy, had also become much more outgoing.
Oberle speaks warmly of the spider in her home, but her son Liam has taken a particular shine to the arachnid.
“Liam really enjoys having her walk on him,” Oberle said. “She’s very calm when handled.”
These days, the spider has free rein of Oberle’s place, having clearly endeared herself to the family.
“She coexists with cats and small dogs, who don’t bother her,” Oberle said. “We like that she is a natural insect remover and harmless to us.”
With Oberle and her family on her side, this enormous spider has it made — and she seems to know it.
“We have seen her in all rooms of the house,” Oberle said. “If she wants to leave, she can, as we have open doors and windows.”
A year on, the spider has still decided to stay.

Freezing Kitten Jumps Into A Stranger’s Car — And Knows She’s Finally Found Her Person
“No one was looking for her” 💔
By Ashley Ortiz
Aubree Johnson’s work shift the other day ended just like any other. After clocking out for the night, the Indiana resident was walking across a dark, nearly empty parking lot to her car when she suddenly caught sight of something fluffy nearby.
“When I got to my car, I saw [her] under the truck parked next to me, rubbing against the truck,” Johnson told The Dodo.
